Installation

There are usually 2 ways to install a theme via WordPress Admin Or FTP Panel.

Installation Via WordPress Admin area

  1. First you have fresh version of wordpress installed >> Login to WordPress administration
  2. Navigate to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Themes. 
  3. Click on "Add New" button and Hit "Upload Theme" button and upload. 
  4. Click on "Activate". 

Installation Using FTP

  1. Open your FTP Client Server
  2. Navigate to unzipped theme folder >> Upload into wp-content > themes folder
  3. Now Activate the theme from wordpress panel >> Appearance > Themes and activate . 

Basic Setup

Create and Setup Homepage

  1. Go to Dashboard Pages Add New
  2. Add Title and content of page >> Select Page Template as Home >> Publish  
  3. To set Front page, Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> General Setting >> Static Front Page
  4. Select option "Your homepage displays" to A static page option then select your page as front page from the Homepage drop down  

Set Up Menus

  1. Go To Dashboard Appearance Menus
  2. Click on create a new menu. 
  3. Enter menu name and click on Create Menu. 
  4. Select Pages About Us, Services, FAQ, Team, Blog, Contact Us from left Side and click on Add to Menu button.
  5. After selecting pages select menu location and click on save menu. 
  6. Click on Manage Locations. 
  7. Click on Use new menu 
  8. Add Menu Name 
  9. Click on Create Menu button. 

Set Up Header

  1. Go To Dashboard Appearance Customize Header Options
  2. Set Stickey Header to Enable / Disable also set relevant color 
  3. Set Background Image For Header. 
  4. Add All Header Content & Social Media Links with its relevant colors  
  5. Set Header Top Bar Display. 
  6. Set Colors Related With Header 
  7. Click on Publish Button . 

Widgets Management

  1. Go to Dashboard Appearance Widgets
  2. Drag & Drop Any Widgets That You Wants To Use. 

Breadcrumbs Display

  1. Go to Dashboard Appearance Customize Appearance Settings Breadcrumb Options
  2. Add Breadcrumbs Text. 
  3. Select all Colors Related With Breadcrumb. 

Section Order

  1. Go to Dashboard Appearance Customize Appearance Settings Section Order
  2. Arrange Section Order That You Wants To Set For Your Website. 

Colors Setting

To Setup colors for Innerpage Contents

  1. Go to Dashboard Appearance Customize Appearance Settings Colors

Font Settings

To Setup Header & Body Font Families that You Wants To Use For Your Website

  1. Go to Dashboard Appearance Customize Appearance Settings Typography

Custom CSS

You Can Add Your Custom CSS too.

  1. Go to Dashboard Appearance Additional Css

Homepage Sections

Slider Section

Create Slider
  1. Go to Dashboard Sliders
  2. Click on Add New button.
  3. Add the slider Title.
  4. Add the slider Sub Title.
  5. Add the slider Content.
  6. Add slider button Texts with it links.
  7. Select slider featured image.
  8. Click on Publish Button.
Setup Slider
  1. Go to DashboardAppearanceCustomizerTheme SettingsHomepage Banner
  2. Set Content Display, Banner Image Display.
  3. Select All Colors Related With Sliders.
  4. Click on Publish Button..

Search Apartment Section

Adding Contact Form
  1. Go to DashboardContact Form7
  2. Add NewCreate form of your choiceSave
  3. Copy Shortcode from there >> Paste in the customizer to display form
Setup and Display Search Form
  1. Go to DashboardAppearanceCustomizeTheme SettingsSearch Apartment
  2. Set Section Display to ON / OFF.
  3. Set Background Image and Background color.
  4. Add Shortcode Here and apply its relevant colors .
  5. Select All Colors Related with Serach form
  6. Click On "Publish" Button

Feature Section

Setup and Display Feature
  1. Go to DashboardAppearanceCustomizeTheme SettingsFeature Section
  2. Set Disable / Enalbe button to display Featúre section.
  3. Manage Background Image and Background color.
  4. Set Top & Bottom Padding For Section.
  5. Add Title and subtitle for section with respective colors
  6. Select No. of Features blocks to show from dropdown button feature Blocks to show
  7. Set Image, Title and Content for each feature blocks
  8. Select All respective colors
  9. Click On "Publish" Button

Popular Cities Section

Adding Cities
  1. Go to DashboardCitiesAdd New
  2. Add Cities Title >> Content >> set feature image .
  3. Click On "Publish" Button
Setup and Display Popular Cities
  1. Go to DashboardAppearanceCustomizeTheme SettingsPopular Cities
  2. Set Section Display to ON / OFF.
  3. Set Background Color and Image as per need
  4. Add Section Title, Subtitle, Button Texts With Links & all content
  5. Set all colors related with about us.
  6. Select Categories to show from dropdown button
  7. Select No. of Cities to show from dropdown button
  8. Select All respective colors
  9. Click On "Publish" Button

Finding Apartment Section

Adding Apartment
  1. Go to DashboardProductAdd New
  2. Add Apartment Title >> Content >> set feature image .
  3. Select Category from category list.
  4. Click On "Publish" Button
Setup and Display Finding Apartment
  1. Go to DashboardAppearanceCustomizeTheme SettingsFinding Apartment
  2. Set Section Display to ON / OFF.
  3. Set Background Color and Image as per need
  4. Add Section Title, Subtitle, Button Texts With Links & all content
  5. Set all colors related with about us.
  6. Select Categories to show from dropdown button
  7. Select No. of apartments to show from dropdown button
  8. Select All respective colors
  9. Click On "Publish" Button

Testimonial Section

Adding Testimonial
  1. Go to DashboardTestimonialAdd New
  2. Add Title >> Content >> Custom Url >> set feature image .
  3. Click On "Publish" Button
Setup and Display Testimonial
  1. Go to DashboardAppearanceCustomizeTheme SettingsTestimonial Section
  2. Set Section Display to ON / OFF.
  3. Set Background Image and Background color.
  4. Add Testimonial Section Title, Subtitle & apply its relevant colors .
  5. Set Top & Bottom Padding.
  6. Select No. of Testimonial to show from dropdown button Testimonials to show
  7. Select All Colors Related with Projects
  8. Click On "Publish" Button

Counter Section

Setup and Display Counter
  1. Go to DashboardAppearanceCustomizeTheme SettingsCounter Section
  2. Set Disable / Enalbe button to display experience section.
  3. Set Section Background color.
  4. Add Title and subtitle for section with respective colors
  5. Select No. of Counter blocks to show from dropdown button Counter Blocks to show
  6. Set all content for each counter blocks
  7. Select All respective colors
  8. Click On "Publish" Button

Recent Apartment Section

Adding Apartment
  1. Go to DashboardProductAdd New
  2. Add Apartment Title >> Content >> set feature image .
  3. Select Category from category list.
  4. Click On "Publish" Button
Setup and Display Recent Apartment
  1. Go to DashboardAppearanceCustomizeTheme SettingsRecent Apartment
  2. Set Section Display to ON / OFF.
  3. Set Background Color and Image as per need
  4. Add Section Title, Subtitle, Button Texts With Links & all content
  5. Set all colors related with about us.
  6. Select Categories to show from dropdown button
  7. Select No. of apartments to show from dropdown button
  8. Select All respective colors
  9. Click On "Publish" Button

Perfect Apartment Section

Adding Apartment
  1. Go to DashboardProductAdd New
  2. Add Apartment Title >> Content >> set feature image .
  3. Select Category from category list.
  4. Click On "Publish" Button
Setup and Display Perfect Apartment
  1. Go to DashboardAppearanceCustomizeTheme SettingsPerfect Apartment
  2. Set Section Display to ON / OFF.
  3. Set Background Color and Image as per need
  4. Add Section Title, Subtitle, Button Texts With Links & all content
  5. Set all colors related with about us.
  6. Select Categories to show from dropdown button
  7. Select No. of apartments to show from dropdown button
  8. Select All respective colors
  9. Click On "Publish" Button

Download App Section

Setup and Display Download App
  1. Go to DashboardAppearanceCustomizeTheme SettingsDownload App Section
  2. Set Disable / Enalbe button to display experience section.
  3. Set Section Background color.
  4. Set left side image of the section.
  5. Add Title and subtitle for section with respective colors
  6. Give url to the buttons .
  7. Select All respective colors
  8. Click On "Publish" Button

Blogs or Posts Section

Adding Posts
  1. Go to DashboardPostsAdd New
  2. Add Posts Title.
  3. Select Categories.
  4. Select Tag.
  5. Select Featured Image for post.
  6. Click On "Publish"
Setup and Display Posts
  1. Go to DashboardAppearanceCustomizeTheme SettingsLatest Posts Section
  2. Set Section Display to ON / OFF.
  3. Set Background Color and Image for section as per need.
  4. Add Title for section with respective color
  5. Select No. of posts to show from dropdown button Number of posts to show or leave it if posts is there.
  6. Select the exclude category if need.
  7. Select all relative colors.
  8. Set Button Display & Its Text.
  9. Click On "Publish" Button

Newsletter Section

Adding Contact Form
  1. Go to DashboardContact Form7
  2. Add NewCreate form of your choiceSave
  3. Copy Shortcode from there >> Paste in the customizer to display form
Setup and Display Newsletter section
  1. Go to DashboardAppearanceCustomizeTheme SettingsNewsletter
  2. Set Section Display to ON / OFF.
  3. Set Background Image and Background color.
  4. Add Heading and Text.
  5. Add Shortcode Here and apply its relevant colors .

  7. Click On "Publish" Button
