- Select the Order: Click on the order you want to track to view the latest status and shipping updates.
- Use Tracking Link: If your order has been shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be provided. Click on the link to track it directly on the courier’s website.
III. Order Status Explained
- Pending: We have received your order and it is being processed.
- Confirmed: Your order has been confirmed by our team.
- Shipped: The order has been dispatched and is on its way to your address.
- Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.
